My Delicious True Blue Tuna Cobb Salad Episode 2
Welcome! I wanted to share one of my favorite salad recipes that I turn to when I want a light, convenient, and quick meal. This salad recipe emerged during a significant transition in my life, as I started to focus on how I nourished my body. I noticed that processed foods and heavy, fatty meals were making me feel unwell and causing my weight to spiral out of control. During this time, I chose to give myself some grace and allowed my intuition to guide me towards a healthier path.
I wanted to harness my skills as a cook to create meals that suited both my tastes and my body's needs. On a particular day, I decided to visit Publix, and that's when I stumbled upon the True Blue salad kit featuring specialty greens and its own toppings. To make this salad more nutritious and satisfying, I decided to add some extra veggies – a fresh tomato, creamy hass avocado, a crisp onion, and a zesty lime. To enhance the protein content and promote a sense of fullness while maintaining muscle mass, I included the Publix tuna salad.
