Intentional š ☀️ Meditation š§♀️
Hey everyone, it's Serg! I’m back to share a topic that is near and dear to my heart: intentional meditation in nature. Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity to train attention and awareness, achieving a mentally clear, emotionally calm, and stable state and i have grown to love it deeply.
I decided to treat myself to the beach, one of my favorite places to experience nature. Coming here early to meditate is something I want to do consistently moving forward. Being able to wake up early to witness the sunrise was a cherished bonus, one I didn't allow myself to experience as frequently while living in the city.
My deep dive into meditation began last year during the uncertain times of the pandemic. It was a way for me to learn and grow without any judgment, allowing me to heal my mind and detach from the noise of society.
When I arrived at the beach, I immediately felt at peace and found a great spot to settle and get grounded. Once I sat down, I started to repeat my affirmations out loud to the universe. I came to the beach with the intention to visualize my future and release any subconscious barriers by writing them down and symbolically setting them free. I've realized that the more I live my life with intention, the better the foundation for anything I create to come into fruition.
